Phoenix Arms "Tube" receiver built on a non-matching Erma 1943 MP40 parts kit. Overall, this is in very good, functional condition. This classic, WWII-era SMG fires from the open bolt and has a folding stock. Included are 8 magazines (one has a dent in the mag body), 2 reproduction 3-cell magazine pouches, original magazine loader, blank-fire adapters, a FBP "fixed firing pin" bolt and recoil spring assembly and sling. This is an excellent opportunity to own a classic MP40 at a considerable discount over a C&R example.
FFL Requirement: FFL Required - the buyer is responsible for contacting their dealer to have a copy of their FFL sent to us. (Before placing your order, please check with your local FFL to make sure the firearm is legal in your state and they are willing to transfer it to you).
