Orders and Payments:
You must be 21 years or older to purchase a handgun or receiver and 18 years or older to purchase a rifle or shotgun on webuyguns.com.
All orders must be placed within the United States.
All orders must be prepaid with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit or debit card. We do not accept American Express, Paypal, Venmo, cash, checks or money orders. online orders are processed through 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in US Dollars
All orders are subject to our approval.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect at time of order.
Shipping:
Most orders will ship within 48 business hours from time the order is placed, and the FFL is received.
We do not combine shipping charges.
We require all packages to be signed for by an adult.
We only ship to addresses listed on the selected FFL.
We reserve the right to select carriers for shipments. It is our intention to select the most economical method of shipment. All long gun and accessory orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, and all handgun orders are shipped via FedEx Express. Shipments are prepaid and added to your invoice unless otherwise specified in writing.
All firearms must be shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in your area. We are not responsible for FFL fees charged by your dealer at time of pickup. We must have a hard copy of your dealer’s FFL before we can ship the firearm. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact their dealer to have them email a copy of their FFL to info@webuyguns.com.
Some firearms are restricted from ownership or purchase in certain states. It is the full responsibility of the buyer to know their state laws prior to placing an order. If the firearm is returned to webuyguns.com or rejected by your dealer due to its illegal status in your state, a refund will be given, less our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Contact your dealer prior to placing an order with us to ensure it is legal for you to own in your state.
If a firearm is returned to us due to the receiving business being closed, or the package being denied, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay to have the firearm resent.
Returns and Refunds:
No returns will be accepted for any product past 14 days of the delivery date of the order.
Contact must be made with us prior to any return being accepted.
Once a firearm is inspected and taken away from the receiving dealer’s place of business, webuyguns.com considers the firearm accepted by the buyer and the transaction final. At this point, a return will not be accepted for any reason.
If an order is delivered damaged or destroyed, or the item is not what was ordered, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact webuyguns.com within 3 days. Webuyguns.com will issue a return label to the receiving dealer. Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, either a full refund will be issued, or a replacement will be sent.
If a buyer is denied on their 4473 background check, webuyguns.com will issue a return label to the receiving dealer. Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be issued, less our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. We will not reimburse any transfer fees paid or owed to the receiving dealer.
Please be sure you are willing to commit to the purchase before placing the order. Once the order is placed, we will begin processing and packaging your firearm. If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, a 15% (or minimum $25) restocking fee will be assessed. Once it ships, the order cannot be cancelled.
Warranty on Used Firearms:
We do not test fire any used firearm sold on our site. Firearms are manually function checked and inspected, only.
All pre-owned firearms or other used merchandise are sold as-is, where is. No warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are made with respect to pre-owned firearms or related merchandise. We strongly recommend consulting the manufacturer of the desired, pre-owned, firearm to determine their warranty policies before making a purchase.
All used firearms should be checked and certified by a competent and licensed gunsmith prior to being used by the buyer.
Many used firearms do not come with user manuals.
Warranty on New Firearms:
All new firearms come with a factory warranty. All warranty issues relating to new product should be address to the manufacturer of the product.
Images and Descriptions:
All product images on the site are images of the actual product being offered for sale, unless otherwise stated in writing.
We try our best to post accurate item descriptions. If an error is made in regard to price or description, webuyguns.com reserves the right to cancel the order with a full refund being issued to the customer.
A used firearm will only be shipped with items either pictured with the firearm or listed in the description. If a magazine or factory box is not shown with the firearm in a picture, or mentioned in the product description, then the buyer should not assume it is included.
